Anglolat Group is having immediate requirement for the position Lettings agent in London on part time basis. The Job role seeks target driven team player for lettings business on grounds.
As a letting agent, you would take responsibility for all aspects of the let, which could include:
setting up viewings and showing potential tenants around the property
property inspections
To liaise with and ensure the council pays the rent direct to our landlord client account
push up the current rents which are below market as far as possible
As the client would also like to look at selling some of the units, it would be helpful to get rental and sales valuations.
selecting responsible, reliable tenants
checking tenant references
making sure all aspects of the letting meet legal requirements
meeting landlords
advising on rents
arranging for maintenance to be carried out
working with a wide range of people, such as solicitors, builders, cleaners and suppliers
handling any problems with the property
keeping up to date with changes in the law related to lettings.
