Reputable South West London based Removal Company seeking applicants to become part of our Team.
We are urgently seeking mainly experienced Luton Drivers and potential Team leaders right now who have experience driving mainly Luton Lwb vehicles, who are able bodied and fit enough to do the Manual Handling part of the job and at some point be able to manage a team. We are also looking for suitable Porters as well.
If you have had no experience of doing removal before, but have the determination, discipline and commitment required, we will still take you where you will be trained on the job. This job entails lifting and moving of furniture out of and into properties, offices etc, boxes, bags, pianos, dismantling/re-assembly of furniture, taking items up and down  staircases, packing furniture into Removal  vehicle and  house packing of boxes etc in a professional manner. We also have our Courier, Handyman and Waste Disposal Divisions of which you will also be involved.

Therefore, if you have a driver’s licence,25 and over, and is fit and strong you are definitely needed immediately. If you can only work Weekends and/or Part time that fine as well.

We need persons who are self motivated and able to work in a team environment or if necessary on their own. We are located in the Wandsworth Area of South West London near Vauxhall SW8.We also have branches in Mitcham CR4 as well.

You will be required to complete a Work Trial for anywhere between 1-2 days after, which if judged suitable, provided the interview was successful, you will be offered a temporary contract for the first 4-6 months, at the end of which an assessment will be done to determine if you qualify for a permanent contract. Please bring all documentation, drivers licence if applicable, NI, passport, etc when coming in to the office for the first time for our perusal and to check your entitlement to work here in the UK. Preferably wear a black trousers, combat trousers or jeans with black shoes or trainers, black shirt/t-shirt and black jacket-NO Hoodies in case you are required to complete an Work Trial.At times you can be called up to do the Work Trial first then the interview.You will be provided with a high visibility vest. As needed for the job If you don’t have the correct attire, please let us know beforehand as we sometimes have black clothing in the office.
We also have a ongoing contract with an Events Company in West Norwood London for every first Sunday of the month until the end of the year starting at from  5am-9am and resume between 4 pm – 7pm. It involves the setting up of Gazebos for a one day event early in the morning and the dismantling of the gazebos in the evening.You will be part of an alloted team of 6-7 personnel. If you are only interested in this do let us know as we need personnel from the 3rd of June 2022 onwards. It is a fixed price of between  £ 60 - £70 for the day. There are also several other Events we are booked to do over the Summer. 2022.
