We are a small, well established private estate agency company based in Covent Garden, who have a portfolio of over 80 + properties across London.
We are looking for someone enthusiastic and money motivated to join our team as a lettings negotiator as we have several rooms becoming available in our properties across London. If you are looking to either gain experience in the sales/ property industry and push yourself to your limits in order to achieve a great commission structure,
Look no further!
Your jobs daily routine would consist of;
- answering messages on media platforms where the rooms are advertised daily.
- organise viewings for the week (giving current tenants 24 hour notice before taking a viewing)
-making sure you attend the property to make sure that the communal areas are clean and presentable.
Requirements:
Must be able to speak English fluently, other languages will be a bonus.
Have a good knowledge about the lettings fast paced industry
Be able to commute to different properties in London at your own cost.
