We are a north-west London based Logistics company is looking for a full time Sales Coordinator. You will be responsible for handling client sales enquires and following through to completion with administrative tasks related to both domestic and commercial accounts.

Role and Responsibilities:

Receiving Domestic and Commercial enquires by telephone, email, and internet.
Receiving bookings for surveys, qualifying enquiry, identify the source of the lead.
Placing enquires onto the system, allocating appointments and move dates.
Cradle to grave handling of enquires for all accounts.
Raising and issuing invoices
Resolving customer queries
General administrative tasks associated

Requirements:

MUST have a minimum previous experience of 1 year in the removals and relocation industry.
Sales experience
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Good literacy skills
PC Literate, good knowledge of word and excel.
Numeric and analytical skills
Good Organiser
Effective communicator verbally and written.
Effective problem solver
Accurate record keeping
Excellent attention to detail
Customer and Client focused
Takes the initiative to get things done
Enthusiastic and a positive attitude to providing solutions to challenges internal and external customers.

Attractive package of basic salary and commission including pension that is negotiable based on experience.
