Looking for a Relief Retail Security officer, covering South London - Please see below area which you will be required to travel and cover
Croydon/ Bromley/ Bexleyheath/ Wimbledon/ Charlton/ Orpington/ Clapham/ Kingston/ Chiswick/ Brixton and other additional areas and Central London.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay rate: £8.80
Qualification: SIA Licence
• Minium of 5 shift per week
• Work any shifts in 7 days including weekends and Nights
• Length of shift varies minimum is 6 hours.
• Work location can vary from day to day.
• Start and End time of shift varies depending on customer request.
• Sick pay – only after a year then SSP after the first 3 days
To ensure the safety and security of customers, employees, premises, and property whilst maintaining and adding to the customers’overall shopping experience. To provide first class customer service through being approachable and engaging with customers by sharing local knowledge and advice when required.To provide a high level of customer service to both customers and store management.
 To provide a safe and secure shopping experience through regular store patrols of the shop floor, back areas and changing
rooms.
 To be able to detain and deter shoplifters in line with ASCONE. Use a CCTV podium where applicable to detect and deter
crime. Liaise with Store Management and Police as required and report incidents in a detailed and thorough manner.
 To be a visible presence on the customer’s shop floor at all times and to deter anti-social behaviour, violence and public order
offences.
 To provide a safe and secure workplace for all staff.
 Report writing.
 Monitoring CCTV where licensed to do so.
 Key holding.
 Staff searches.
