Neway International is currently recruiting for a relief night receptionist to work on a temporary ongoing basis with immediate start.
Our client is a large well established hotel group and they are requiring a night receptionist for their north London hotel.
To be considered for this role you will need to have previous experience as a night receptionist in a hotel. The working times will be from 23:00-08:00.
Requirements:
- must have experience working on Opera system
- excellent telephone manner
- grooming and presentation to be impeccable
- provide excellent customer service at all times
- liaising with the duty manager any guest requests or complaints
