Description
We are looking for experienced Relief Security Officers to join our elite Relief team on a 0 hrs contract basis. You will be based in the city of London area, covering sites across the West end and the City of London. Successful applicants will be able to deliver outstanding ‘first class’ customer service and remain flexible at all times. The role is shift based which can include working days, nights and weekends. You will be required to work at a number of our customer’s corporate sites in order to assist us with extra cover and holiday/sickness cover. This opportunity will provide a stimulating environment for you to work in and you will have the opportunity to be part of a great security team!
The right candidate will be required to fulfill the following duties:
Meet and greet customers in a welcoming manner
Conduct patrols diligently in accordance with the site assignment instructions
Produce comprehensive and accurate incident reports
Operate access control systems
Static guarding
Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls and emails
Sign-in customers, ensuring they have authority to enter the premises
Successful Applicants will:
Have a valid SIA Licence and the right to work in the UK
Have excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Have previous corporate security experience
Be reliable and flexible
Ensure their personal appearance is impeccable
Have proven customer service skills
Have a fully screen-able 5 year history
