We are a happy and easy-going family living in Notting Hill looking for an experienced, fun and creative nanny to have sole charge of our two well behaved, but energetic boys, ages 10 and.

We can offer live-in or live-out and can potentially accommodate a flexible schedule during term time, as the boys attend school between the hours of 8.40-15.30 (or 16.45, depending on after school clubs and sport). Preferred start date is around the 4th September, depending on your availability. Spanish native tongue is a plus.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and passionate about working with and educating children. As we are both working full-time in relatively high-pressure jobs, we are looking for someone who can take a leading role in the boys’ home learning and development, communicate with their teachers and guide the boys in their daily homework assignments and school projects. The ideal person will be kind, reliable and willing to take initiative.
The role will require taking the boys to school in the morning and picking them up in the afternoon, providing healthy home-cooked meals, organizing play dates, laundry and ensuring that the boys' bedroom and Toys are kept in good order (although they should assist in all tidying!) We separately employ a cleaner twice a week to assist on the heavy cleaning and the boys’ home learning is further supported by weekly sessions with tutors. Hours can be discussed but broadly we require cover from 7.50-18.30, with occasional weekday evening babysitting.
Duties include the following:
*Getting the boys ready in the morning with a healthy breakfast and taking them to school (a short walk from our home)
*Assisting in the weekly shopping and household management
*Providing healthy home cooked meals and snacks
*Guiding the children through homework and liaising with their teachers/tutors/us on any issues
*Coordinating and hosting occasional playdates after school
*Assist in organising activities/camps during the school holidays
