Registered General Staff Nurse wanted
A Registered General Nurse is required to join a highly reputable Nursing Home which is located in Greenford.
The purpose built home specialises in providing elderly nursing and dementia care for people who might have Alzheimer’s, hearing impairment or other care needs related to elderly people.

If you are successful for this role you will receive a competitive salary of £15.50 per hour with great additional benefits.

As a Staff Nurse your duties will be to:
Champion appropriate independence and personal choice; developing, reviewing and updating care plans to meet our residents physical, social and psychological needs.
Ensure the highest possible standards of care, assessing residents' needs and wishes, and developing services to enhance their quality of life.
Build the positive reputation of the Business; liaise professionally with visitors and other external stakeholders.
Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift – ensuring medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered, in accordance with company policies and current legislation.
Support, guide, teach and mentor others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times.
Ensure you follow a rigorous monitoring and recording practice; documenting efficiently, and thoroughly all matters relating to residents and employees.

Job requirements:
Qualified as a Registered General Nurse
NMC registration
Fluent in English and would be advantageous if bilingual (Hindi, Guajarati or Punjabi)

To be considered for this role you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration.
