Registered Manager, Fostering Services (Hourly rate £20 - £22)Here at Corus Consultancy, we are recruiting for Registered Managers for our client in Croydon to support OFSTED application must have knowledge and experience fostering sector and managed by those who are suitable to work with children and have the appropriate skills, experience and qualification to deliver an efficient and effective service. This is a temporary to permanent position with an immediate start working with a leading organisation. What you will do? * Prepare and complete OFSTED application to register as an Independent fostering Agency * Professional membership application * Incorporate Database system with agency website What we require from you? * 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager * OFSTED Registered Manager * FOSTERING experience * Have excellent organisational skills. * Have strong Interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate others. * Ability to lead a team * Have a strong Customer Services Focus. * Attention to detail and ability to carry out quality and compliance audit * Ability to investigate a complaint fairly and transparently. Working hours will be 20 - 24 weekly (3 days/week). The salary for this position is up to £50k.Our client is hiring now. Interviews will be next week.
