Registered Manager, Care Services (£50,000 - £55,000)Here at Corus Consultancy, we are recruiting for Registered Managers for our client in London to manage a care service for older people. This is a permanent position with an immediate start working with a leading organisation. What we require from you?To facilitate and manage the on-going compliance with the Care Quality Commission whilst ensuring correct procedure is followed and the mission, vision and values of the organisation are upheld through appropriate recruitment, training and on-going facilitation including the Client's disciplinary process. What we require from you? * Have a proven professional background in management in the elderly care sector, RMA award, and registration with CQC. * Have excellent organisational skills. * Have a professional qualification i.e. Nurse, Social Worker, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist. * Have previous Training experience and qualification. * Have strong Interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate others. * Ability to lead a team * Have a strong Customer Services Focus. * Attention to detail and ability to carry out quality and compliance audit * Ability to investigate a complaint fairly and transparently.
