As a Regional Manager you will inspire your teams to help adult smokers make a significant change by switching to IQOS, and revealing the many benefits.
Job spec:
● The team leader and builder across a number of IQOS stores
● To ensure Store Managers comply with company policies and procedures
● Managing and motivating Store Managers
● Lead all coaching and development programs for staff members
● Overseeing the execution of premium customer service
● Providing regular reports to key stakeholders with support of in-store team
● Analysing key reports weekly and monthly to proactively build solutions
● Lead regular strategy meetings with key stakeholders
● Oversee all company loss prevention policies to ensure minimum years old Y shrinkage
● Managing any escalated security concerns
● Implement discretionary performance rewards, providing training and following disciplinary procedures if required
You will have:
• A confident, approachable personality and have the ability to communicate exceptionally
• A wealth of experience working in retail
• Previous experience covering multi sites is a must
• experience in stakeholder management
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills with a strategic mind-set
• Independent approach to working in an autonomous role
• Ability to prioritise your workload and delegate as necessary
• Drive passion and enthusiasm to motivate and encourage staff members
