Forge are working with a rapidly growing contract caterer with a fantastic reputation for quality food, service and people to recruit a Regional Development Chef to join the London Region.
The Regional Development Chef will work closely with the Operations Managers to oversee up to 40 sites across the London region.
The role will involve:
- Sales presentations
- Concept development
- Day to day site development
- Staff training and development
- Staff recruitment
- Chefs forums
We are looking for an experienced multi site Chef with a proven track of success in turning businesses around from a food and financial point of view.
We want to hear from chef who have fantastic cooking skills, understand contract catering and can manage a business.
A key part of the role will be presentations to both staff and clients therefore clear communication skills are a must as well as great organisation and a keen eye for detail.

Salary: £48k basic + bonus and travel
Core Hours: Monday to Friday
