We are a home refurbishment and extension company based in Mortlake. We are looking for an experienced Project manager (Could be ex builder, interior designer, part qualified architect), to look after both our clients and their refurbishment projects.
Our work varies from typical side returns, to whole home refurbishments. Being a Design and Build company we are fully responsible for the whole client experience, from conception to delivery.
Typical hours are 8am-5pm. We have flexibility in that some of our PMs in the past have been very office based, some have been more site based. Really depends on the person and how they work best.
We have a really good team of site managers. Your role would be to oversee the project and ordering, push when needed (to meet deadlines) and make sure the client knows what is happening and when any decisions need to be made.
Immediate start available. Offices in Mortlake and most of our projects are SW London (within 20 min of the office).
