We are looking for a highly motivated AND energetic apprentice who is passionate about putting their learnings in Recruitment into practice in the real world. You will play a key role in supporting the team’s Recruiters by covering all Recruitment Administration as well as finding and assessing the suitability of candidates for AND Digital.
Back in early 2014, our founder Paramjit Uppal brought together a small group of known leaders from the world of technology, consultancy and digital – and together they had a plan to build a remarkable business. They recognised that companies need to accelerate their digital capability to compete and win in the tech based economy – but there was a gap in the market of those that actually supported this.
Entry requirement:
Three A-Levels at grades A*-C are preferred, with a minimum of five GCSEs at grades A*-C in including both Maths and English.
You will also have good knowledge of IT including all Microsoft packages. Ideally, we are looking for recent school leavers and non-graduates for the role.
Advanced Level Business Admnistration qualification
Location: nearest stations are Leicester Square and Charing Cross, London What you’ll be doing:
1. Support the team of Recruiters by scheduling interviews, meeting and greeting candidates, supporting the organisation and running of recruitment events
2. Build relationships with candidates and AND Digital Interviewers
3. Ensuring candidates receive the ‘Red Carpet’ experience receiving timely interview confirmations and are welcomed and looked after when they arrive for Interviews
4. Researching meet-ups and events that the Recruitment team should attend and suggest tech communities they should headhunt from
5. Assist in driving recruitment campaigns on social media.
6. Sourcing candidates for key roles, getting a strong understanding of what we look and what good looks likes
7. Shadow interviews and understand best practice interviewing techniques
Hours are 9am to 6pm, weekdays
Skills Required:To be a successful, you’ll display strong communication skills, have a positive attitude and be driven to succeed!
Personal Qualities: Previous experience in working in a customer facing environment with the highest standards of service. A passion for recruitment, business and people. An outgoing, confident attitude! An understanding of technical recruitment such as what the role of a software developer entails. A passion for tech - gadgets, apps etc!
