Recruitment Resourcer!
We are currently looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in an established hospitality and catering recruitment agency in North London.
You will need to be highly organised and have attention to detail. This is a demanding role as it requires high volume recruitment. You will be recruiting for junior and mid-senior positions both externally and internally.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years experience in hospitality and catering recruitment. Previous work background in the hospitality industry is an advantage. However, candidates with food and beverage experience, especially chefs would also be considered as structured training would be offered.
Duties and responsibilities would include:-
- deliver a defined recruitment process for volume recruitment
- compliance:ensuring that people have the legal status to work in the UK
- posting job adverts on various job boards
- liaising with the sales team regarding their staffing requirements
- ensuring the database is regularly updated
- monthly audits
- exploring new recruitment channels
There will also be targets that will need to be achieved each month. You will be rewarded with a competitive salary and commission structure.
