Recruitment Resourcer (London)Corus Consultancy are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer for a busy expanding business in the Greenwich Area. You will be resourcing for various temporary and permanent positions across various sectors which require qualified experienced candidates.You will perform the following tasks; * Understanding the client's job requirements * Writing job advertisements which attract suitable candidates. * Matching candidate CVs to job requirements * Candidate interviewing and registrations * Ensuring candidate are fully compliant with the client's requirements and that all necessary documents and certificates have been collected and verified. * Accurately adding details to a database * Submitting candidate CVs and documents to clients * Filling open vacancies for Health and Social Care, Catering, Technical or IT. * Building an extensive bank of candidates for various job types What we are looking for; You will have at least 18 months experience as a recruitment resourcer, preferably from a health and social care or technical background (Engineering, IT or Accountancy) filling temporary and permanent positions.We will expect you to have experience of working to targets and deadlines with a proven track record. You will have a naturally friendly attitude and an ability to build professional relationships with candidates from different sectors.The hours are 08:30 - 17:30 hrs with some out of hours working required. Salary is upto £20k plus generous bonuses.
