We are looking for a proactive and energetic Recruiter to join our team. Whether you are currently working as a Recruiter, or maybe an experienced hospitality Manager looking to move into recruitment , this could be the new , exciting role you’re looking for.
You will be working directly with the Recruitment Manager on all recruitment needs within the business, to hire exceptional candidates for our growing business. You will need to have excellent sourcing and communication skills and will be expected to recruit through direct channels and have a strong social media presence.
What we're looking for in you:
· experience of recruitment within the hospitality sector would be an advantage, but not essential.
· Have a great passionate personality with energy and enthusiasm.
· Exceptional communication skills – oral and written.
· Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
· Someone who delivers on time and within budget.
· High attention to detail
· Strong influencing skills, tenacious and resilient.
· Good knowledge and experience with social media.
