We are looking for a talented Recruitment Resourcer to join our successful fast growing FOH hospitality Temporary division recruitment team. Specifically, your role would involve recruiting for 5* FOH roles (banqueting waiting staff, baristas, bartenders, hosts and other).
You will be a part of busy, fast paced and growing temporary hospitality desk, therefore we are looking for a candidate that is driven, very energetic, pro-active and hard-working. It is essential for candidate to have hospitality and catering experience, ideally in high-end sector, and to have an extreme passion over the industry as whole.
Your daily duties will include:
Advertise and resource candidate CV’s through job boards and social media;
Identify suitable candidate skills via telephone and face-to-face and interviews;
Candidate registration, documentation, identification and compliance checks;
Record and maintain candidate and client data on internal system;
Support team dealing with candidate queries;
Supervise candidates on client site/field;
Assist Training team with candidate training and on-boarding sessions;
Take part in the out of office hours on-call on weekly basis, including some weekends;
The suitable candidate for this role will possess the following:
Excellent telephone and written manner;
Pro-active and positive attitude;
Clear communication at all levels;
Willing and helpful work approach;
Strong admin and IT skills are essential;
Good understanding of social networks and all platforms;
Strong personality and desire to grow and self-development;
