Reliable Contractors are currently looking to employ a Recruitment Resourcer to work in our London Office, working 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
It will be your job to support the Operations and Contract managers with the following:
Source suitable candidates.
Placing job adverts and monitoring responses.
Keeping email inbox well managed and organised.
Registering candidates onto the system.
Keeping the recruitment database up to date.
Using social Media, such as Linked In / Facebook etc.
Construction experience / knowledge would be advantageous but not essential.
Booking inductions
Checking qualifications
Checking right to work documents
Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies.
Liaising daily with ops managers
The ideal Candidate should have:
Good relationship building skills.
Excellent telephone manner
Proactive
Enthusiastic
Ability to think outside the box
Attention to detail
