Recruitment Resourcer / Account Manager, South London £18 - £25k per annum Corus Consultancy are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer / Account Manager to join our team in Lewisham South London. An excellent career opportunity for an ambitious person to support our client's to fill contract and permanent positions. What you will do Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, the successful candidate will work alongside other Resource Consultants and account managers supplying qualified candidates for various clients. This is a fast paced job in a target driven environment. The Resource / Account manager's role is to ensure the recruitment process runs quickly and smoothly and that temporary and permanent positions are filled.You will perform the following tasks; * Understanding the job requirements for Health and Social Care, Professional, IT and Public sector recruitment for permanent and contract positions. * Writing job advertisements which attract suitable candidates. * Support in organising and facilitating recruitment Selection Days, Interviews, Company 'Meet and Greet' Days and Open Days. * Matching candidate CVs to job requirements * Candidate interviewing and registrations * Ensuring all candidates have the right to work and the correct qualifications What we require from you * You will have at least 2 years recruitment experience working in a fast paced environment. * An ability to plan resourcing activities using your own initiative. * Good written and verbal communications skills * Excellent time management skills You will receive Salary £18-25K DOE plus commission The hours are 08:30 - 17:30 hrs with some out of hours working required.If you are interested, please apply now.
