Corus Consultancy are currently searching for an Industrial Resourcer to join our rapidly growing team in the driving and logistics division.The team you will be joining hold a host of lucrative contracts, supplying staff on a national basis.Key Responsibilities: * Screening new candidates for prospective job roles through advertising and CV searching. * Interviewing candidates when deemed suitable. * Placing active candidates into suitable job roles. * Ensuring compliance and legislation is adhered to the highest standard. * Managing bank of staff with any issues or queries they may have. As well as a competitive basic salary there is also a fantastic uncapped bonus scheme on offer. As the bonuses are uncapped the amount of effort and application put forward will directly be rewarded financially. Traits and qualities desired: * Outstanding communication and people skills. * Polite and friendly telephone manner. * Ability to multi task and deal with high pressured situations calmly and effectively. * Organisation and IT proficient. * Confident and results oriented. * Ability to work well in a team environment.
