Duties include: Performing reference and background checks Contacting successful candidates and arrange all start details After care of new placements, to ensure all is well Contacting suitable candidates for live roles and pre-screen over the phone. Sending screened CVs to clients Engaging with clients Updating database with candidate information Successful Recruitment Resourcers are: Well-presented and enjoy working in a busy environmentIT literature with experience using MS Excel and Word Highly organised Keep tight deadlinesA minimum of 3 months experience within the recruitment industry required, preferably within the construction sector.
