SSP UK have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Officer to join our internal Recruitment team on an initial 4 month contract.As a Recruitment Officer you will be working to support some of our 650 stores across the UK with their recruitment needs, whether that's a busy restaurant in an airport or a café in a major station or within shopping centres across the UK. Joining SSP as a Recruitment Officer would be a fabulous first step into high volume recruitment within a fast paced retail hospitality environment. However, we're not looking specifically for recruitment experience; we want someone who can grow with the role as responsibilities evolve.As a Recruitment Officer, you'll be working within the wider Recruitment team and as such there are clear steps to develop your career. This is a great role with lots of responsibility - we're looking for someone who can really demonstrate how they can work with our Operation and Store teams to manage recruitment in our stores.The Role Key responsibilities will include: * Advertising roles online * Advising Site Managers on how to use our Local Site Recruitment Toolkit i.e. For Recruitment Fairs * Screening Candidates and matching to suitable roles * Telephone interviewing and booking Interviews for site managers * Creating and maintaining talent pools for your candidates * Maintaining Candidate data integrity within our talent management system * Keeping candidates involved with the recruitment process and updated * Reporting on Recruitment activity * Ad hoc project work The DetailsSSP have been delivering world-class food and beverage experiences across the globe for more than 60 years.
