We are a commercial cleaning company based in Northwood (HA6). We provide a regular cleaning service to offices, schools, pubs, restaurants and bars across London. We are seeking a Recruitment Officer to work from our small office in Northwood alongside our current small team focusing on the recruitment of new cleaners.
This is a part-time role working 5 hours per day, 4 days per week, a total of 20 hours. Working hours to be agreed with the right candidate.
In this job you will be responsible for duties including:
- Advertising vacancies online
- Responding to applicants on the telephone and by email.
- Recruitment of new cleaners based on sound judgement of their suitability.
- Corresponding with cleaners.
- Assisting with other areas of the company
