We are currently looking for a Recruitment Officer to join our Resourcing team based at our Head Office in Euston on a fixed term contract of 3 months.The Role This is a key role to ensure we continue to attract the highest quality of colleagues to work in our businesses, to ensure SSP delivers a consistently high standard of product and service to our customers. All of our team member recruitment is delivered via an on-line process which is managed by our Recruitment Officers.The DetailsWe are looking for a well organised, efficient candidate to take on the role. The main duties include; * Using our applicant tracking system (ATS) to create requisitions and advertise appropriately * Use Job Advert Templates to create compelling adverts and edit as required to attract candidates * Use our ATS to forward on candidates to operational managers within agreed service level agreements * Telephone screen candidates against key criteria and book for interviews with managers * Send job referral links directly to recommended candidates identified by operational managers * Processing offers received from operational managers via candidate feedback links, including sharing candidate information with our recruitment administration team. * Ensuring that all candidates are kept informed of progress against applications as requested and that unsuccessful candidates are informed in a timely manner * Provide guidance for operational managers as required on the on-line recruitment process * Develop a strong working relationship with the recruitment administration team to enable quick resolution of issues. * Flag up to resourcing manager vacancies that are challenging or will need additional resources. * Support key recruitment projects such as seasonal recruitment, new openings and re-deployments The BenefitsIn return for your skills and experience, we offer you a rewarding and vibrant working environment based within the wider Human Resources function.
