Little Ones UK LTD are a fast growing recruitment business based in Central, London with an extensive client base established over our decade of industry experience.
We require an experienced Recruitment Account Manager or Recruitment Manager to lead and grow a team of experienced consultants. People from a sales background with no direct recruitment experience will also be considered but experience driving KPI’s is essential.
Duties include:
- Recruiting and interviewing candidates to evaluate their suitability for internal roles.
- Managing and achieving daily team KPIs.
- Managing customer service delivered by your team.
- Client meetings to establish requirements in a detailed consultation.
- Training and development management.

This position is Monday to Friday 8:30 to 18:00 in Central London.
