Frith Hanson is a market leading bilingual agency operating out of Central London. We are a fast growing recruitment business with an extensive client base established over our decade of industry experience.
We are looking for a recruitment/sales intern to join our team during the summer, with a possibility of a permanent employment afterwards. The ideal candidate will be smart, enthusiastic and eager to learn, interested in sales and recruitment, have meticulous attention to details, good attitude and strong work ethic. You’ll enjoy working in our fast paced, challenging yet supportive, fun and sociable environment.
Duties will include:
- Recruiting and coordinating bank staff for client accounts - resourcing, screening CVs, telephone interviews, Skype interviews, face to face interviews, checking documents, calling references
- finding new ways of attracting candidates
- Ensuring all compliance procedures are adhered to
- Placing bank staff into temporary positions
- Bank staff payroll
- Answering calls, informing potential learners about our training programs and booking them on the courses
- Assisting with managing courses and preparing the course material - Updating the course spreadsheet, course database and learners performance
- Assisting with the process of internal quality assurance for Little Ones training courses
Working hours are Monday to Friday in Central London. If you would like an opportunity to work with us and gain experience in sales and recruitment, we want to hear from you. An excellent level of written and spoken English is required and other spoken languages are a bonus.
