Based in our Canary Wharf office, Real Fundraising Ltd is an industry leader in face-to-face fundraising and has been at the forefront of providing an ethical, quality approach towards fundraising.
A vacancy has arisen for a Recruitment Coordinator at Real Fundraising Ltd. This is a permanent, full-time role. The shift pattern will be from 9.30am – 6.30pm weekdays.
Applicants for this role need strong communication and administration skills, they need to be self-motivated and focused on achieving targets and completing workloads in the prescribed time period.
About the role in a little more detail…
Real Fundraising requires a Recruitment Coordinator to facilitate our recruitment campaigns both for event, doorstep and street fundraising, with telephone and face to face interviews. A large proportion of this role is telephone based. You shall report directly to the Head of Recruitment and have daily contact with operations managers and the admin team.
You will be at the forefront of our recruitment strategy with additional bonuses available for outstanding performance. If successful you join a dynamic office dedicated towards the ethos and ethics that shaped Real Fundraising successes to date!
You will need to have excellent computer literacy skills specifically in Excel, Word and Google Docs, and be able to manage multiple priorities focused on both long and short term deadlines. An attention to detail is key as this role requires excellent communication and analytical skills.
