Recruitment Consultant role in London
Frith Hanson leads its market as the most elite bilingual Agency based in Central London. We are looking a determined and ambitious individual who will push hard for success as a recruiter. You must be passionate about sales and must be driven to progress your career quickly. You will have the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the most experienced consultants. Duties include:
– Recruiting and interviewing candidates to evaluate their suitability for current roles
– Achieving certain sales KPIs such as fees, candidates, registrations etc.
– Taking enquiries from clients and candidates via the phone and email
– Discussing client requirements with them in a detailed consultation
– Write candidate CVs and profiles using our extensive candidate database to record job details and candidate information
– Arranging for relevant compliance checks
– All associated recruitment admin tasks – referencing etc.
– Find new and emerging ways of attracting candidates
This Recruitment Consultant position is Monday to Friday in Central London. Frith Hanson recognises hard work and dedication and so career progression is fast and rewarding for those that put in the work for it. You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and other spoken languages are a bonus.
