Recruitment Consultant for Hotel

Capital People is a busy hospitality staffing agency - we are also a caterer and so offer a much more inclusive staffing, catering and equipment hire service to our clients.
We are now looking for a recruitment consultant to manage our staff desk and deal with the recruitment, development and placement of our staff.
Our clients are a variety of quality central London hotels, banqueting centers, private members club, caterers and venues.
The perfect candidate should ideally be a career minded individual with a good background in hospitality operations. You will have the ability to be trained to do interviews, staff placement, administrative functions, deal with clients, put together payroll plus develop a strong team of staff.
You should be of smart presentation, have good spoken and written English, be computer literate and have a natural rapport with your staff and clients.
The working hours will generally be between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday on a Rota basis with some earlier starts and some later finishes. There will be occasional evening and weekend work where we have large events taking place, and there will be the need to share having the company emergency mobile in the evening and weekends.
For this we can offer candidates a happy, positive working environment where you will be developed, where your opinion is listened to and where you will have lots of input regarding the development of the team. Salary will be in the region of £19,000pa but may be improved for candidates with excellent experience.
