Recruitment Business Analyst, full time, salary £40 - £60 K per annum
Are you a visionary Recruitment Business Analyst with experience in high volume temporary recruitment?
Are you able to travel to North London on a daily basis and frequently travel abroad?
Do you have a minimum of 3 years in a management role with Temporary IT Recruitment?
Are you a competent IT user (able to learn new technology quickly) with very developed skills in excel and able to touch type?

Position and responsibilities
The Recruitment Business Analyst will take full ownership for the successful implementation of Sirenum at our clients. You will see the project through from inception to successful handover to our client management team. The Recruitment Business Analyst will need to gather the precise requirements of the project, prepare a project plan and execute with the support of the implementation team.
* Obtain requirements from client
* Prepare and agree a statement of work with client
* Manage clients expectations
* Prepare a project plan
* Oversee execution of the project
* Take personal accountability to success
* Manage training including manuals and manage testing, including procedures
* Manage commercial aspects of the project.
