NL Recruitment is an established recruitment consultancy specialising in Charity fundraising and Call Centre recruitment, based in Central London.
We are looking for a recruitment assistant to join our established high volume recruitment team.
The role will involve:
Screening applications for our temporary and permanent fundraising roles in London and nationally.
Monitoring advert response.
Booking applicants for interviews and assessment centres.
Conducting telephone interviews. (Full training provided)
Advertising through job boards.
You will be:
Highly motivated and enthusiastic
Friendly, with an excellent telephone manner
A great team player, able to work effectively within a busy environment
A background in call centre, recruitment or fundraising is preferred
Holiday Entitlement: 28 days including public holidays
