Responsibilities
- Maintaining, Monitoring and organising the recruitment process
- Processing applications and coordinating interviews with candidates
- Spotting the right candidates for the position
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records
- Following up with references
- Maintaining confidential information
- Daily Reports to Human Resources Manager, OM and CEO
- Assisting Control Room with new recruit training
- Any ad-hoc queries or requirements (CEO, Human Resources Manager or OM)
Requirements
- Sharp eye for detail
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Being discreet and professional
- Self-motivated and flexible
- Able to work as part of a team
