We are a commercial cleaning company based in Northwood (HA6). We provide a regular cleaning service to offices, schools, pubs, restaurants and bars across London. We are seeking a Recruitment and Payroll Officer to work from our small office in Northwood alongside our current small team ensuring that the day to day running of our service happens smoothly.
In this job you will be responsible for a range of duties, including:
- Processing of 4-weekly payroll.
- Recruitment of new cleaners based on sound judgement of their suitability.
- Corresponding with cleaners, relaying practical information and details of feedback from clients, etc.
- Liaising with other members of our team to keep things running without problems.
- Recording work information using spreadsheets.
