Recruitment Administrator in London

Recruitment administrator – occasional and permanent staff.
We are a well-established recruitment company within the Private Staffing and Childcare Sector and are looking for a full time, experienced, efficient and proactive Administrator to work within an extremely busy, but friendly office environment. You will be supporting and working alongside our busy team of consultants based in South Kensington.
As an Administrator, you will need to have excellent administrative and computer skills, along with a great work ethic and a ‘can do’ attitude. You should be highly organised and be able to prioritise your workload as well as be used to working under pressure and have the ability to multi-task.
This position would suit a Graduate as training can be given, or alternatively experience of working in a busy office environment as an administrator is preferable.
Responsibilities include:

Processing candidate registration applications.
Arranging candidate registration interviews.
Accurately maintaining office systems and database.
Reference checking
Answering phone calls and helping with enquires.
General administrative duties

Person Specification:

Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills, including fluent spoken and written English.
Previous administrative experience preferred or graduate degree educated.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
A professional and flexible attitude
Ability to work under pressure
Capable of using own initiative
Flexible, easy going and hardworking
Ability to work as part of a team
Working hours 9am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday.
Start: as soon as possible
Salary: negotiable
