Recruitment administrator
Established in 1980, Omni Facilities Management is a leading provider of outsourced services to over 150 hotels across the UK and Singapore. Employing over 4,000 people, Omni provides Housekeeping, Recruitment, Property and Software Services to major hotel groups including Inter Continental Hotels Group (IHG), Hilton, Marriott, Redefine BDL Hotels, Raffles, Shangri-La, Ritz-Carlton and Resorts World.
We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to support our recruitment department at our Head office in Hammersmith.
Duties include:

Writing and placing job adverts
Sourcing candidates using various methods including internet advertising.
Screening CVs for suitability
Pre-interviewing candidates through initial telephone or Skype discussions.
Registering prospective candidates including checking right to work documentation and interviewing.
Assigning candidates to vacancies
Updating recruitment database
Organising and attending recruitment related events such as recruitment open days.
Scanning of documentation into our computerised system.
Liaising with Clients in regards to requests for housekeeping staff and any other queries they may have.
Completion of any required paperwork and administration.
Reception duties including greeting visitors.
Will be required to work 1 weekend (half days) every 4 weeks.
Skills and experience required:

Previous recruitment administration experience desirable but not as essential as previous administration experience.
A genuine interest in working in a busy recruitment environment.
Confident with the ability to quickly build rapport with candidates and Clients.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Highly organised
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Innovative and capable of working on own initiative as well as part of a small, highly effective team.
We offer:

£18,000 Per annum
28 Days holiday per annum
