MiHomecare are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our Recruitment Team based in Hammersmith. This role is an excellent opportunity to join a vibrant and fast paced company who're going through a huge period of growth, due to the extensive expansion, they're looking for another pair of hands to help with the demanding recruitment workload.You will be responsible for. Your day to day duties will revolve around the administration of recruitment drives, employment of new staff and file maintenance of existing staff. Your key duties will involve:* Completing references and employment checks* Updating the recruitment tracker for the Recruiter* Supporting with recruitment activities as and when required by the Recruiter* Administration of and sending out of new offer packs, offer letters and induction materials* Liaising with the Human Resources Admin teams to ensure all new employees are loaded on the system and ID badges created* Maintenance of employee files on the internal systems* Conducting interviews* Any other duties as directed by the Recruiter and Branch Manager Who are We are looking for to be the Recruitment Administrator?* The ability to work under pressure* Organisation and time management skills* Excellent administration experience* Good IT skills* Confident communication skills both in person, written and over the phone* A-C grades in Maths and English as a minimum What will you get in return for all your hard work.* 20 days holiday + bank holidays* Childcare vouchers* Pension schemeIf this sounds like the opportunity you've been waiting for then click apply today to be considered for the Recruitment Administrator role.
