Team Support is looking for a sales/ recruitment consultant to work in our Ealing Branch. We are recruiting for an experienced recruitment consultant to develop our existing public sector Commercial division. The role is a flexible role where the main aspect is to increase our market share of the staffing supply agreements that we have both directly and through the use of our Branch Network.
Duties will be included:
Develop strong relationships with hiring managers in both private and public sectors.
Resource applicants for vacancies using our database, job boards and any other appropiate avenues.
Market these applicants to clients and follow through recruitment processes.
Ensure that candidates are fully compliant for the role they have been put forward to.
Match applicants to vacancies and respond to vacancies within agreed timescales.
Undertake market research on prospective clients and market by telephone and internet as directed by Line Manager.
Ensure that all administration related to tasks undertaken are completed to agreed standards and timescales.
The role would suit either an experienced consultant with commercial experience who wants to focus on recruiting for the public sector and the broad range of skills they need or an experienced recruitment resourcing who want to move into consultancy.
You will be able the ability to work in a methodical way, be a good time manager and have the agility to work at pace.
Previous recruitment experience is not essential as full training will be given, however as proves sales record is a must.
