We are recruiting a waiting team for a new Japanese restaurant opening in Mayfair this September. The ideal candidates will have a natural ability to look after guests and deliver great service.
The restaurant is completely new and has been fitted out to a high standard. The menu focus's on a variety of Japanese cuisine from a robata grill section, sushi, tempura dishes, nigiri, sashimi and authentic Japanese salads. There is also an excellent wine and cocktail list.
We are looking for candidates who can communicate well, have the ability to work well in our team, look smart, take pride in their work and have the ambition to take more responsibility as the business grows.
