Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Waiter who has a passion for delivering the highest levels of service to our guests.
As a Waiter you will expected to:
1) Have excellent food/dish knowledge with the ability to provide the highest levels of service to all guests at all times during service.
2) You will have the ability to run a section and effectively and liaise with manager, waiting team, runners and chefs.
3) Attention to detail will be crucial to ensure consistency and the effective and timely set up of the restaurant for each service. We expect our Waiters to effectively support the Manager, in the restaurant to ensure guests always leave fully satisfied and service levels are achieved.
We are ideally looking for candidates who are:
1) experience in working in quality restaurants, with dining experience.
2) Passionate about delivering the highest levels of service with a desire to learn and work hard.
3) Keen to progress their career in a quality restaurant environment.
4) Able to work effectively as part of a team. In return we offer the successful candidates:

It is a demanding role in a 200 + cover restaurant so at least two years' experience in a similar role is essential.
You should be fluent in English, passionate about food art and ideally have a working knowledge of table service and handling trays.
