A central courtyard within a listed block in prime Central London location will be transformed into an inspirational haven. Petersham Nurseries will occupy 16,000 sq.ft. And include two restaurants, a lifestyle home and garden store and a delicatessen with a wine cellar and florist.

The Role
In order to fulfil Petersham Nurseries’ vision for the Shop, we are hoping to create a workplace with a focus on creativity and thoughtfulness. Key responsibilities
• Support and delivery of store sales and KPI targets – both group and individual
• Deliver Petersham Nurseries customer service expectations, including building of lasting customer relationships
• Maintain highest level of store operations, including deliveries, display standards, e-commerce processing and inventory management
• Acquiring and developing product knowledge and imaginative ways of conveying it to colleagues and customers
• Liaise and support fellow team members and other functions of the business, and ensure productive and positive environment at all times
