The ideal Sous chef will have a quality restaurant or pub background where you have provided an all-day dining experience. You will have dealt with ordering and understand the basics of stock control systems and food safety.
We are looking for a Sous Chef who is hands on, creative, and passionate about showcasing local and seasonal food.
