The Foster and Co Group are Domestic Construction Contractors operating across North London and Hertfordshire. We are looking to increase our trade team to continue growing our company and meeting the demands for a high volume of quality builds.
The positions available are:
Senior Carpenter
To be successful in this position, we would like to request at least 5 years’ experience working on domestic building sites with an extensive knowledge of Lofts Conversions and Extensions. The candidate must have both first and second fix skills, ability to manage a small team efficiently and be able to finish with speed yet attention to quality. It is preferred to have you own tools and transport.
Carpenter
This position would ideally require at least 2 years’ experience working on a domestic building sites and in particular, be familiar with Loft Conversions. The candidate must have both first and second fix skills. It is preferred to have your own tools and transport.
All prospective candidates must meet the following general requirements:
• Provide proof to legally work in the UK
• An up to date CSCS card
• Available to work between the hours of 08.00 – 17.00 Monday to Friday
• Good English Skills and ability to communicate with the rest of the team and the site managers.
