Full time position in our Wickes Anerley Kitchen and Bathroom Showroom, the successful applicant must be able to work 5 days a week including weekends and be able to uphold the following responsibilities:
-Greet customers into store / showroom, offer assistance and advice on products required.
-Explain product quality and properties, guarantees, services including deliveries, procedures and installation.
-Discuss requirements and investment with customer to ensure they receive correct advice to suit their personal circumstances.
-Book Home and In-Store appointments with design consultants.
-Maintain presentable displays in showroom and store, cleaning daily and carry out repairs as necessary.
Requirements:
-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft or Google packages
-Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
