We are now seeking a talented and enthusiastic Waiters to join our fun and energetic team, so come and be a part of the story.
We are looking for individuals who have acquired the following qualities and skills:
•Delivering excellent quality of hot/cold beverages and cocktails/mocktails
•Ability to serve customers, daily cleaning, maintenance and operating till
•Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
•Checking stock levels and ordering supplies.
•Helping in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate.
•Managing Rota and staff hours due to productivity of days.
•Enforcing company policies
Successful applicants must show passion, ambition and drive. Make presence felt, earning respect of team and ensuring companies policies are adhered at all times. Communication with kitchen is a must. Being in control of room, surroundings and constant communication with staff is essential.
The successful applicant will have previous experience:
Good level of English in speaking and understanding
Managing and coordinating tables whilst intercepting customer reactions.
Liasing with head-chef
Attention to detail
Friendly, natural and enthusiastic customer service
Well spoken, well mannered and well presented
Passionate about the restaurant.
Looking after tables
Competitive salary, 3 month probation period and pay rises available. Trial Shift required. Only experienced staff will be considered ( must be xperienced), references will be checked and applicants must live no further than 5 mile radius.
