Receptionists Required – 4 and 5-star hotel apartments – Central London £9.00 per hour.
We are presently looking for Receptionists for hotel/apartments in Central London.
The position is initially a temporary contract for 3 months with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
You will be working 5 shifts per week, a mixture of early (7am-3pm) and late shifts (3pm-11pm) on a Rota basis including some weekend working. 40 hours per week.
Main Duties
Co-ordinate the day to day running of the Front Desk.
Assist guests with all requests, from courier services, cinema, theatre tickets, restaurant reservations, private car hire, taxis, sightseeing tours, airline bookings and any other needs.
Ensure all charges are posted on to guest accounts with necessary paperwork completed.
Deal with incoming/outgoing parcels/mails.
Deal with minor complaints in a satisfactory manner.
Responsible for checking apartments before guest arrivals.
Deal with minor maintenance and report any faults to maintenance for follow up.
Any other additional tasks as requested.
Requirements
Previous similar experience.
Good level of written and spoken English.
Committed to providing a high level of guest service.
Energetic, focused and well presented.
