Gusto are award-winning salons located in Soho and Covent Garden.
We are looking for a receptionist and/or manager with exceptional levels of customer service and very strong organisational skills.
You will be based front of house at the heart of the shop working closely with clients and the team.
Duties will include but not limited to

Meeting and greeting
Booking appointments both online and over the phone.
Till management
Schedule management
Cleaning duties
General organisation of salon, including stock, Rota.

For reception role front of house experience is helpful.
