Receptionist in Law Firm Job

A law firm based in Bromley, Kent have an opening for a full time receptionist on a permanent basis. The firm are looking for candidates with excellent telephone and communication skills to work front of house and be the first point of contact for clients contacting the office. No experience is necessary as full training can be given although any previous receptionist experience would be welcomed. Duties will involve:
" Answering the phone
" Dealing with incoming post and allocating it to the staff
" Dealing with outgoing post
" Logging cheques on a spreadsheet
" Keeping the general office space clean, tidy and presentable (especially the kitchen)
" Ensuring that there is always tea, coffee and milk in the kitchen
" Archiving
" Filing
" Photocopying
" Assisting the Paralegals/Solicitors if needed
