Part time position (10 + hours per week), Permanent Job;
A Front desk receptionist is required for Foothealth Battersea, a podiatry clinic just a 5 minute walk from Clapham Junction station.
This is a permanent PART-TIME position where main daily duties will consist of the following: -
• Processing patient appointments;
• Assisting with patient queries and providing a high level of customer service both in person, on the phone and via email;
• Processing payments;
• Cleaning and sterilising instruments;
• Maintaining stock levels in all treatment rooms;
It is a multitasking role and other responsibility’s will be assigned by management.
Candidates must have the following qualities:
• Good verbal and written English communication.
• Understanding basic computer based tasks.
• High level of enthusiasm, punctuality, drive and initiative.
• Good organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work well and efficiently under pressure.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Flexibility to cover other receptionist shifts in the event of illness or annual leave.
